So it has become a thing- Monday morning recap of the weekend. This weekend we did a lot and relaxed- all at once! Friday night we stayed in, and we were out Saturday and Sunday- but doing relatively relaxed things
For workouts- 17 miles on Saturday morning- it felt light, easy- and overall was nice and fast. Avg pace of 8:23- with many, many miles right at 8 min/mile with not a lot of effort! I cross trained with Mike and Isaac on Sunday with 5 fast-walked miles on the trails- we all loved it

Starting with Friday night pizza: This pizza featured pepperoni, lots of cheeses, jalapenos, peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms!

I need to start reading your posts AFTER lunch. The pizza and beef stew look delicious! I also had a pretty relaxing weekend. Ran a half marathon Saturday morning then ate pizza and hung out with my family the rest of the day!
