Blueberry Pie Smoothies

Ingredients
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (a solid squeeze of lemon)
  • 1 cup (or so of water)
  • 1 Cup (or so) of ice
Instructions
  1. Load up the blender with all of the ingredients- I start with the banana at the bottom so it doesn't seize. Blend on high (I use my smoothie button). Taste! You can add more maple syrup if it isn't sweet enough. I usually throw in a few extra ice cubes and re-blend another full cycle. ENJOY!
